Measurements for finished flowers depending on yarn and hook size used.
My flowers measure 3 cm across with the yarn Yarn Art Jeans and a 3 mm crochet hook. You can use any material you like to make these flowers and leaves.
Abbreviations:
mr, sc n = magic ring - crochet n single crochet stitches into the adjustable loop
Cs = chain stitch (UK=chain)
sl st = slip stitch (UK=slip stitch)
sc = single crochet stitch (UK=double crochet)
(sc 4, inc) x n = repeat the pattern between parentheses n times
st/sts = stitch/stitch
[n] = the number of stitches in the round
You will need:
- crochet hook;
- a little yellow, pink and green color yarn ;
- scissors;
- yarn needle .
FLOWER (start with yellow color yarn)
Round 1: mr, sc 6= [6]
Round 2: (sl st (with pink color yarn ), Cs 3, sc 2 in the same space, Cs 3 and sl st into the 3rd chain from the hook, sc 2 in the same space and Сs 3, sl st in the same space)x5 (5 petals), make slip stitch into the last remaining stitch and finish off. Cut off the yarn leaving a long yarn tail for sewing and fasten off.

Cs 5 (start crocheting from the 3rd chain from the hook) sc 2, sl st, Cs and sl st ( in the same chain),
continue crocheting on the other side of the beginning chain sc 2, Cs 2, sl st.
Cut the yarn leaving a long yarn tail for sewing and fasten off.
